Chef Pankaj Kumar Parida is a dedicated culinary professional with extensive hands-on experience in Western cuisine and Garde Manger operations, developed through more than a decade of work across hotels, resorts, clubs, and restaurant kitchens. His culinary journey began with professional training at Hotel Neo Majestic and progressed through assignments with Hotel Fidalgo, Hotel ITC Fortune Acron Regina, Club Mahindra Varca Beach Goa, Bogmalo Beach Resort Goa, and Hotel Beleza by the Beach.

His career reflects consistent growth through the culinary ranks, progressing from Commis to Sous Chef , with substantial experience in Western Cuisine and Garde Manger operations. He later expanded his exposure through an American-Mexican restaurant in Iraq before continuing his culinary journey with Azora by Ayatana at Morjim, Goa.
