Chef Khaja Hussain S. is a passionate culinary professional whose journey reflects steady growth, hands-on learning, and a strong connection with regional Indian cuisine. Beginning with multi-cuisine training, he progressed through the professional kitchen hierarchy with experience at Evolve Back Kamalapura Palace, Rosetta by Ferns, Elements by Rosetta Goa, Ayatana Resort Coorg, and Heritage Resort Hampi. His experience at Ayatana further strengthened his expertise in Malnad and South Indian cuisine.

Complementing his practical experience, he earned a Honorary Diploma from the Bengal Culinary Association , while developing strengths in teamwork, adaptability, communication, and menu planning.
